Missionary Home
The Missionary Home, located on the Parkdale Manor property, provides temporary housing to those in full time missionary work providing practical service and extending the good news of Christ around the world. Most of these missionaries are associated with the supporting church communities of Calling Ministries.
The Home provides a place of reconnection and rest. Many of those staying at the Home will also connect with and serve the seniors at Parkdale Manor and local churches.

Supporting Church Teams
Calling Ministries encourages each of our supporting churches to gather and send teams to areas of the world that could use a helping hand and to demonstrate the love of Christ. Teams often serve during the summer months when individuals, students, and families have vacation time they can contribute as volunteers. This service develops leaders and servers in the church communities. Teams have served in Asia, Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America.
International Teachers Institute
As part of Calling Ministries programme to encourage and support short term missions, International Teachers Institute (ITI) is engaged as an agent to undertake educational workshops. ITI has held interactive workshops and lectures to teach, train, and equip teachers since 1993.
Currently, ITI works with the Department of Education (Khmelnitsky Oblast) in Ukraine providing two week summer institutes to train teachers of English.
Looking for a great cross-cultural experience? Join the ITI Team to work with Ukrainian teachers of English for 2 weeks in July. More details available on the International Teachers Institute website.
